The investment will reportedly allow four major projects managed by OpenLedger to start immediate production. The latter are eDEV.one (EDEV, JOYY), GetGame (REALITY), Apptrade (APPX), and OCASH (OCASH).
The OpenLedger Decentralized Conglomerate (DC), is the world`s first blokchain powered conglomerate that is based on BitShares technology. Additionally, the company underlines that they support an ecosystem, which features the OpenLedger Decentralized Exchange (DEX) and Open Ledger`s Crowdfunding (ITO) Services.
Which projects are supported?
The projects to be supported are DEV.one, GetGame, Apptrade and OCASH, which are separately run. ITOs are to be announced for eDEV.one, GetGame and OCASH.
GetGame is a game platform that focuses on VR, AR and blockchain-based creations. According to cryptocoinnews.com, each game must be validated and must agree to share 10% of future revenue with GetGame ApS and all token holders.
As for eDEV.one, it is a blockchain-based freelancing platform that connects between clients and freelancers. They use the eDEV.one Escrow Milestone Payment System that relies on a smart contract.
Another project to be supported is OCASH, the first all-in-one debit card that is to have a customized app and a website, where people can sign up. It has major cards` payment system in the OpenLedger and Bitshares networks, whereas allowing token holders to use StableCoins (SmartCoins). The latter are said to include OpenLedger tokens such as BTC, ETH and OBITS and may be used to buy things, if credit cards are accepted.
OCASH is a Bitshares token that will be offered to all future ITO investors and will be available in September 2017 during the ITO. Holders are supposed to get a monthly dividend based on distribution plan.
The last project to be funded is Apptrade. Supported by the digital token APPX, it designs portfolios of apps.
It is to be seen how these projects will develop into the future.
